Good post, I think this is doable. Providing some things you did not call out in your post:

1) Do you plan on having kids? You are only 27 and mentioned a wife, so is that a possibility? Of course, college costs, extracurriculars, etc. are things that would come into play. Potentially slowing down your savings rate at some point in your life, thus changing those end values.

2) The calculations are reasonable. I would just keep in mind the possibility of job loss, career change, and same for the Mrs. I am 31, it has not happened to me yet but I would be foolish to think I can work another 20-25 years straight without the possibility for a job loss and my savings taking a hit.

Those in consideration - my own approach to this is to over-save as much as possible early on, keeping in mind that those savings may make up for an unexpected job loss or hiccup in income at some point over the next 20-25 years. It may not look like you need it today, but hindsight is always 20/20.

Great job saving, you're on a great track! Love to see it.
