Personal Investments • Sell Treasury Note before maturity?

Some background:
I am 63.5 yrs old and hope to retire at 65 but not sure I will make it all the way to age 65 due to problems at job. I have been cutting expenses and funneling as much income $ as I can towards my investments.

In Nov 2023 I started to get more involved in investing. Wasn't sure what I wanted to do so Schwab advised me to put 25% of my available $ (low interest savings) into a 10 month Treasury Note that was paying 5.4% APR (matures 9/30/24) and to put another 25% into a 6 month Treasury Note @ 5.4% APR that matured May/2024.
Because I'm new and ignorant to much of this....I didn't realize that I would not be receiving the full 5.4% return on either T.N. because neither was set up to go a full 12 month maturity date so it is a pro-rated amount on my % return (6 month and 10 month).

I have had better returns on the other 50% of my portfolio that I have invested, on my own, in Mutual Funds, ETF's and some Stocks that I chose from a few different Dividend Aristocrats.

I regret tying up my money in these Treasury Notes as I now feel I should have been more aggressive with my $ and not had so much of my portfolio tied up in Treasury Notes. Btw, I do have approx 10% of my portfolio invested in a 5-yr Ladder CD paying between 5.15% - 4.7%.

My question is:
Should I sell the 10 month T.N. that is set up to mature 9/30/24 so that I can get to the $ asap to buy more Mutual Funds, ETF's, etc or just let T.N. ride until its maturity date of 9/30 since it is only a little more than 2 months away?
