Are you sure that your name is on the deed? I believe Zillow gets these sales/transfers from public sources such as the local assessors records. If Zillow doesn't have any other transfers, then it's possible that your father never really transferred the property to you.According to Zillow the property was purchased for $20,000 in 1989.
If that is the case, it would've become part of his estate and you may have inherited it, or it may have passed to another heir according to his will or intestate rules. If you inherited it you'd get a step up in basis to the property value at the time of his passing.
