Betterment really poured it on didn't they? That taxable account is impressively complicated.
First thing I'd do is turn off dividend reinvestment for anything in taxable you know you don't want to keep.
You don't say where you're headed after Betterment. Some brokerages pay a transfer bonus...might be worth looking into.
