Emergency Funds: fine.

Debt: good.

Asset Allocation: fine. If you decide to further diversify with International at some point...current guidance is no less than 20% and more more than 40%.

Portfolio Setup: Reasonably simple. I am not an advocate for tilting, but plenty do it.

Annual Expenses:

* How much are your current annual expenses (everything...including taxes). Best guesstimate.

* How much income do you need / want when you are no longer working? Everything...best guesstimate.

This information is critical to help determine how close / far you are from your financial goals.
