Emergency funds: Vanguard Federal money Market (VMFXX): 50,000
Is this the 2.19% listed in the joint taxable account? Is part of the 12.10% in VUSXX in taxable earmarked for ~$270,000 potential bonus repayment?
The VMFXX 50k is the emergency fund and is the 2.19%--essentially using this as a savings account. The VUSXX is 12.10 and is the 270k potential bonus repayment. The 270k will be fully vested by mid-summer 2025.

Regarding the 529s, I have been trying to move those funds from the CollegeAmerica 529 to a self-managed Virginia 529 account for a while, but they make it logistically difficult by requiring medallion signature guarantees. I include it here because I was hoping to see if people recommend investing the full amount in a more appropriate low ER set of index funds or if it is generally recommended to go with the 529's target enrollment portfolios? The child is a two year old.
