I am not sure I understand why there would be a loss from the taxable account if it was sold other than the funds have been in the account for a long time and I have had to report capital gains on this account on my taxes for many years even though I didn't sell any shares. The cost basis
summary has the cost basis as 9% more than the current value. The reason I was considering selling this fund was to exchange
part of it to something more agressive and to also have more in cash, also to avoid having to report the capital gains when I didn't
sell anything.
