Harmanic, thanks. The current CDs that I want to transfer are all bank CDs (not brokered). Probably a good idea to just do them as they mature; I believe the longest one is 18 months. I didn't want to have to do fool with this for the next 18 months but I also don't want to pay penalties on them. So, guess I am stuck.

Does anyone know if Fidelity is currently paying incentives for transferring 'new' money to them.
