No. You need to continue tuning out. You are talking about market timing which likely won't work. I'm assuming this is long term money since you're talking 401k and you have many years or decades before you even start drawing on it. This bit of volatility is nothing. You will experience much worse as time goes by. Buckle up. This is the emotional cost of investing in stocks and why so many people struggle with it. You need to leave it alone. This little bit of volatility likely won't even register on the chart in 10 years.I'm wondering if I should pull out the remaining monies from the lump sum investments and dollar cost average instead? Try to buy in lower over time.
