Personal Investments • Broad market index funds that are low dividend type

I will be a Non Resident Alien (NRA) starting from FY 2024 and as a NRA I will bring taxed on any dividends but not on Capital gains in the equity investments

I'm planning to move a significant portion of assets to Ireland domiciled equity funds and invest in accumulating style funds

However there are some assets in Brokerage accounts that I would like to retain in US.

I want to keep the tax liabilities for these US brokerage accounts to minimum. I don't need any money for 15 or even 20 years. My interest is only in:
-- Total US Stock Market (ex: VTSAX - Vanguard Total Stock Market fund)
-- S&P 500 (ex: VFIAX - Vanguard S&P 500 fund)
-- Information technology (ex: VITAX - Vanguard Information Technology fund)

I understand dividends cannot be avoided. Are there funds available whose holdings align with any of the three mentioned above, low expense ratios and yet is able to keep dividends to minimum? Or maybe takes a cut for "absorbing dividends" in place of slightly higher expense ratio compared to above 3 and that would be acceptable given the approach is similar to what UCITS does

Secondly for my context I assume index funds are the right and not ETF given I don't plan to trade for a long time to come

PS: I'm aware of Estate tax and $60K exemption limit for NRA

Thanks!
